Hey Papaw Dust hows the knees coming?????????  The snow didn't drift like it was supposed to, just about right to hunt coyotes!!!!!
Man i sure would like to come over there and hunt those coyotes with you guys! They are elusive around here...you hear em but never see em!
The knee is doing good, doing a lot of rehab and riding my bike when ever the weather allows me to!

Bedbug...with those winds, there will be drifts . Call me when they get up around your neck....I'll bring the rhino down and save you guys!
The bad thing about snow like that is you can't even play in it!

Hi Scrambled and Welcome.
Brimstone IS the Premier riding spot this side of the Mississippi.  It is open year round  with mild to moderate winters. You'll have a little snow from time to time but that just makes it fun. The campground has 30 and 50 amp hookups with a dump station. There is a shower house with atv wash also but I'm not sure if it's open in the winter. That question will be answered by someone here or you can contact the Brimstone office.  Enjoy you're visit and I feel sure you'll be back for round 2. Take care and see ya on the trails!

Trail Info & Questions / Re: looking at brimstone
« on: November 11, 2009, 07:12:27 PM »
The reason I am looking is for bouldering, which is a form of rock climbing but on boulders. I am really looking for large boulders 10-20+ feet. I noticed in a video that brimstone allowed climbing and I saw some pictures of boulders that looked exactly like what I am trying to find, "http://www.atvaonline.com/ride/images/Brimstone3.jpg"

anyways, I am not looking on imposing or getting in the way of atv's but as a climber I am always looking for the next set of unclimbed boulders for my own. I dont know if you guys have the same issue, i.e. always looking for the next trail no one has ridden so you can be the first, but that is why I am looking at brimstone.

I appreciate the help everyone, and honestly might even jump on an atv one day there, maybe I will see you. Or maybe you will see me hanging off a rock.

thanks again
Not imposing at all...everyone is welcome at Brimstone. Heck if we see ya we'll prolly stop and snap a couple shots for the album ;D
