Alright folks, i have been working on Melinda's RZR and one thing jumped out at me. When we put our lifts on, it stresses the tie rod ends big time Shocked

The solution that i have used is to flip the tie rod end over to the top of the bearing housing. BUT this will only work if you have 14" wheels....the 12" wheels don't give you quite enough room.
To relocate it on 12" wheels might not be possible but I'm working on something Wink

Another thing to is the axle angle gets steeper and the CV joints are stressed more with a lift, easy fix is take all the preload out of the shocks, this will relieve stress a little
