They do this in a lot of local Quarter Horse shows..its a timed event... if u knock over a poll u are penalized....the trick is to have a good horse that will turn on a dime and is fast. So...with atvs, u got to be able to sling it and bring it home.

I say set up some barrels while yall are at it and have a barrell race! lol SxSs might like that since its a little wider and spread apart. There used to be two kinds of barrel races.... cloverleaf and I cant remebmer the name of the other..it was 3 barrels straight in a row...seems like it was Texas barrells. Just my 2 cents.

We don't have enough room for the cloverleaf barrel race. We were going to do that this year but decided to wait and make the event field a little wider for next year and then do it Wink
