There are a few of us that are going to buy yearly pass but we would like to know what trails are going to be lost to the state. We were there on Sat. and seen TWRA signs all down trail 21 what side of the trail are they taking is it were 22 and down that way. Is there a cut on the map at what they are taking.

I saw the signs through there around the 20s myself New Years weekend.... someone told me those trails in that area were going to be the ones on the other property. Thats why we went ahead and rode them before they took control of them.

The area that falls where trails # 21,22,23, 20 etc will be under the state's management......But it still leaves 20,000 acres under Brimstone management, Dudley has already began building more trails to make up for what is being taken, there will be and still is plenty of great trails to ride, even better than what the state took.......

Got a question for ya Stakk...the postcard thats been mailed out about buying the permits early and the map they are giving away...is it an up to date map that only shows the trails on the future Brimstone or is it the map that went on sale last year? Just curious.

I'm sure it's the map with all the trails........... a dividing line is now on the main map at the office, for those that want to come by and use a "sharpie" to seperate the two areas.......

U know if we can mail a check in for our permits and be able to get the discount and map or do we need to do it in person? Any word on the cost this year? Have I just overlooked it?
I cant get there before the 22nd but hope to make the last weekend of Jan to the first weekend of FEB if Im lucky

Hey Bama...we can work out something.  I can either mail you a release form you sign it and send it back or you can fax it back.  We have tons of options.  =)  I will definitely work with anyone that wants to get the discount, but can't get here before the cut off date.  The only thing is that you have to pay for it before the 22nd.  Then I can mail you back your pass in the mail.  (IF YOU GOT AN ANNUAL PERMIT BEFORE)  If not then I can just enter it into the computer, and I'll get your picture next time you are at Brimstone.  Just give me a call and we can figure it out.  We are not sending out the free maps, but I will put it in the computer that you did not get yours and you can come by next time you ride and get your free map, or if it's a day we are closed I can hide it outside for you...just let me know.  1.800.BRIMSTONE.  I'll be in the office Tuesday -Saturday next week from at least 9-5 maybe even longer hours.  Just call me and we can work something out.  =)
