We had a great turn out today on the Brimstone ride. We had 8 riders. Here are the riders.
Python423 (Suzuki DRZ400E)
Tim aka Rockbreaker (KTM 300xcw)
Easton Kooka (Suzuki DRZ400S)
Thumpredordead (Honda CRF250X
M'sDad (Honda CRF450x)
Barry (from KY, Kawasaki KLX250)
Couple other riders, names have slipped my mind right now.
They were on a KTM300 (I think) , and a GasGas 2 stroke (not sure of size)
I'd like to thank everone for coming out and riding with us. Especially enjoyed the company of the new riders that showed up, and also Barry that came all way down from KY to ride with us. We got in 30 good miles of trails. We would have got more, but we had a late lunch, and decided to call it a day after the luch which was probably around 3:30 to 4. Found a few new cool spots and rode a few new trails. One spot we found was off 32 that was a big cool cave looking place, tho I'm not sure if it was a cave. But rock formation. Someone even bulilt a little bench there. some spots were little slick and gave us a little trouble (like one hill on 49 that had a nasty root section). But all in all everone did great, and I had a blast! Best I can tell from the GPS data we rode trails 47,20,60,28,14,18,53,32,parts of 1,15,11,59,49,49y,50,69,9. Also on the way in a guy stopped and told Tim that everone had to have ORANGE on, that he was sent down here to write tickets! Alot of us didn't have any, but Tim had some vests he lowned out, and someone had some tape that we taped everone up with a little orange on. Here are some pics from the ride.
