OK the scuttlebutt is, the sale of 20,000 acres will go thru and the sale will be final in mid to late october. You will need the state permit and brimstone permit to ride the entire "old" brimstone.  Not sure who is behind the state permit (state or twra) but i was under the impression if its twra as long as you have a valid hunting fishing lisence you are legal. Royal blue is like that, with the exception that it is called a wildlife management area.
