Keep practicing on the sweet talking girls, practice make perfect. Men can't always say no. LOL You would be surprised!!!! :roll: I could show u a couple that only seem to know that as an answer. They seem to sometime forget that we were looking or shopping around when they found us... they are kinda like atvs..they too can be traded in on a newer model... the new ones seem to have all the perks and everybody likes to uew and ahh over them!  OK enough about them :roll: Not quite sure what day or time I will be there...and not sure who all is planning to come with me.... but should be there sometime saturday on till probably monday...then heading on vacation from there. Would like to try to aim for a cookout come Saturday night since most folks should be there by then and after a good days riding should have a good appetite. Might could get several folks to bring some grills that way if there is a lot of folks can fire several up and get to cooking so its not midnight when we get supper fixed. For the ones not interested in the cookout they can still come on and hang out by the fire and tell lies....Im sure if they dont know of any lies to tell we can make em up as we go. |

Amen to that Bama. But those new models seem to start to loose their umph in about 6 to 8 months too, if you know what I mean!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL
Oh well, You can't live with them, and you can't kill them. LOL
We will be there on Thursday, and leave on Monday.
It is a shame what happened to all of the games and events they had planned. I know when we camped up on the lake at Christmas, there were people in and out of there at all hours of the night. And those people weren't quad riders either. They were locals, probably doing things they weren't suppose to be doing. But we all get to pay for it. I know it really set them back having to deal with that. I'm sure they will get things lined back out, just a speed bump.
We will be camped on the dirt lot, next to the turn off going up to the lake.

I can't wait for Memorial Weekend. Heck Bama we should really get our 4 wheeling fix that week. 3 days of Brimstone and then maybe 2 days of the Rock the next weekend. I'm ready to go now!!!

I'm not sure where Bama has planned for us to camp. We will be ruffing it too, maybe throw a tent up or something, or just sleep in the trucks. I guess it depends on the weather. PM Bamagirl and she can give you the details.

I plan to be behind the jail..... Just too good of a place to pass up. Should have plenty of room for a good fire and cookout. Thats where I plan to be as long as Stakk and the town doesnt have a problem with us staying there. Was sort of just playing it by ear to see what we should do.
I dont have one of those big canopies or ez ups so if somebody has one and wants to bring it that might help out..... hard to know what the weather will be like in May.... could be really hot or rainy or perfect.

Folks we are trying to put something together for Memeorial weekend, had to cancel the "Big" shindig that was going to be at the lake, but we are going to try and do a scaled down version at the area on trail # 3, trying to see if we can get a band to come sing, roast a hog and a few things......... thanks to everyone that is still coming, we will try our best to make sure all have a good time...........Stakk

Notice I said behind the jail not at the jail!!!! M/m, if u need a tent to stay in I can bring another.... I got two so u can take your pick if u dont want to sleep under the stars.
I dont plan on doing much sleeping that weekend... too much to do around the fire and riding to waste too much time sleeping! lol :lol:

I will probably be taking the easy stuff or not so long stuff come that weekend as I will be bringing my girl and her wheeler and dont want to wear her out too much... got to save a little bit in her for vacation and for the WOW ride the next weekend.
