I hate to ask permit questions again but...

I am thinking of turkey hunting this season on Brimstone. If I want to check the place out, I still need a $15 dollar permit correct?

If I decide to hunt, would a yearly use permit not be sufficient for hunting also or is it above and beyond normal use?

Hey,

No problem...... Permits will be required regardless and yes a $15 daily fee is correct.

We have initiated a $50.00 annual permit for 2006 Spring Turkey because we are unsure if we are going to continue with permitted hunting. We are discussing a lease situation for hunting after the 2006 ST season. The hunting board is considering the options.

Thanks and hunt  Brimstone....

With foot, hoof, paw and claw enjoy the land,

Thanks for your reply MLOVE

I got you on the scouting, but I am unsure on the hunting permit.

If I purchase a yearly access permit, will I also need a turkey permit? If so, does the money from the turkey permit goto food plots etc?

The land use permit is only for permission to access and not hunt.
The hunting permit fees will contribute toward food plots and wildlife management. As for the %, it is not yet determined.

Good Gobblin,
