If I come from Windrock and I get to the reclaimed coal wash on top of the mountain I used to be able to turn left just past the washer and be on Brimstone trails. Or, I could turn left just before the washer and get on some trails. Our almost ex-govenor, thank God, bought the property and closed most of these trails. What are my best options to get from the reclaimed coal wash to the southern Brimstone trails so I can run 75, 43, 112, 113 and the rest of those trails on that end?

The best way and easiest way I know to get to the south side of Brimstone from the reclaimed washer is to stay on that main haul road (our old trail 1 or the four lane) and ride it till you get to trail 31.  Ride that down to the county road and you will probably know where you are by then.  On your way back you could take our old trail 33 but I don't really know what the deal is on that trail because from the bottom up there is no trail closed sign but if you are on the top thinking of coming down there is a trail closed sign so I don't really know if it is closed or not.  I hope that helps.

That's how we have been going back and forth.
