I have been trying to buy a one day permit on-line for my brother and it just don't work. I tried yesterday and after I hit complete at the end it just went to a blank brown screen. I called "Brimstone" and they called a guy named David who was supposed to check and see if it went through on the credit card and he said he had to  call someone and they would send me a e-mail. Well I called him this morning cause I did not get a e-mail and he said they were still checking to try it again and if it went through the first time they would refund the money. So I just tried again and it did the same thing. I mean how else are you supposed to get a permit besides driving all the way to Oneida. Which is 1hr and 20 min for me. I mean I can do this all day and keep charging the card and not get a permit. I want the permit for this sat and if I can't get it straighted out for days how am I going to get a permit for this Sat? This is not good service and it needs some drastic improvment. Things do not seem to be very orgainzed.

The problem was fixed. Many thanks to Stakk.

Well they are supposed to be seeing if any of them went through. He said they can do it manually if they have to and send me the info via-e-mail. So we will see. :x

Well he was supposed to find something out and send me a e-mail and call me and he did neither. I have one day left to get the permit and I will be calling him back shortly. It burns me up for someone to say I will call you later or send you a e-mail and them do nothing. IF you say your going to call then call. I guess I will have to call him AGAIN. This is more head ache then its worth. We aught to just go to WindRock.

Problem solved thanks to Stakk.

The problem has been solved. They are having a few problems on the internet, but they are getting it straightend out. Many thanks to Stakk for solving this problem. Brimstone is a great place to ride and if any one is wandering about riding it I highly suggest it. Nice place and nice people. Cheesy

That is exactly right. Its not that a place has a problem with something cause most places do, its what they do to fix the problem. And this problem was fixed. Thanks to everyone who fixed it.   N2
